I posted this on my Facebook. I figured I would add this to my blog as it is a huge part of who I am. Agree or disagree, this is my makeup. This is my whole being. I want to live in a world where we don’t condemn others for believing in something different than what we believe in. There’s so much to learn from one another. I hope we don’t stop the world from growing. 

  
So hey! I’m a Christian. I could care less what color this cup is. I’m a Christian and your sexual orientation doesn’t offend me, bother me, or push me to condemn you in anyway. I’m a Christian and if you’re Muslim and you are reading this, peace be unto you. I don’t blame you. If you are my friend, I love you, and if you are a stranger and you’re not perfect, neither am I so I love you too. I can’t stand to live in a world where we condemn others for their beliefs, for their cultures, for their identities. So here I am telling you, I love you because you are ultimately the same as me. Imperfect & human. I hope everyone else is willing to look past what others have done. To look past their own beliefs and be willing to share this beautiful planet with those around us. I would hate to think that someone would harass me for being a Christian, as I’ve been seeing many people on my feed harassing Muslims for being Muslim. So to spread the love I’ll carry their hashtag to show solidarity. I dare you to do the same. #notinmyname
